HotelsDirectBooking หรือ “HDB” ซึ่งดำเนินงานโดย All Hands Marketing
ให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์
ผู้ลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิพิเศษ HDB Privilege Pass และผู้ที่ติดต่อกับ HDB

ประกาศฉบับนี้อธิบายว่า HDB เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และดูแลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างไร
เมื่อท่านใช้งานเว็บไซต์ ลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิพิเศษ กดไปยังระบบจองของโรงแรม
ติดต่อสอบถาม หรือยินยอมรับข่าวสารและโฆษณาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ HDB อาจเก็บรวบรวม

• ชื่อและนามสกุลของผู้ลงทะเบียนหรือผู้เข้าพัก
• อีเมลและหมายเลขโทรศัพท์
• โรงแรมที่สนใจ วันเช็กอิน วันเช็กเอาต์ และจำนวนผู้เข้าพัก
• ประเภทการเดินทางและสิทธิพิเศษที่เลือก
• หมายเลข HDB Privilege Pass และสถานะการใช้สิทธิ
• หมายเลขอ้างอิงการจอง หากท่านหรือโรงแรมแจ้งให้ HDB ทราบ
• ข้อมูลการติดต่อ ข้อความสอบถาม และความคิดเห็นหลังเข้าพัก
• ข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ เช่น หน้าเว็บที่เข้าชม การกดดูข้อเสนอ และการกดไปยังระบบจองของโรงแรม
• ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค เช่น IP Address ประเภทอุปกรณ์ เบราว์เซอร์ ภาษา และประเทศโดยประมาณ
• ข้อมูลแหล่งที่มาของการตลาด เช่น UTM, GCLID, FBCLID และชื่อแคมเปญ
• ประวัติและหลักฐานการให้หรือถอนความยินยอม

HDB ไม่ขอให้ท่านส่งหมายเลขบัตรเครดิต รหัสความปลอดภัยของบัตร
หรือข้อมูลการชำระเงินผ่านแบบฟอร์ม HDB Privilege Pass
การจองและการชำระเงินจะดำเนินการผ่านระบบอย่างเป็นทางการของโรงแรมหรือผู้ให้บริการระบบจองของโรงแรม

3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

HDB อาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ต่อไปนี้:

• ลงทะเบียนและออก HDB Privilege Pass
• ส่งรายละเอียดสิทธิพิเศษและหมายเลขอ้างอิงให้ท่านทางอีเมล
• ตรวจสอบว่าสิทธิพิเศษตรงกับชื่อ โรงแรม และช่วงวันเข้าพัก
• ส่งข้อมูลที่จำเป็นให้โรงแรมเพื่อเตรียมและมอบสิทธิพิเศษ
• ติดต่อเกี่ยวกับสิทธิ การเปลี่ยนแปลง เงื่อนไข หรือปัญหาการใช้งาน
• ติดตามแหล่งที่มาของผู้เข้าชม การกดไปยังระบบจอง และผลของแคมเปญการตลาด
• วิเคราะห์ความสนใจของลูกค้าและปรับปรุงข้อเสนอของ HDB และโรงแรม
• ป้องกันการใช้สิทธิซ้ำ การแอบอ้าง การทุจริต หรือการใช้งานที่ผิดเงื่อนไข
• รักษาความปลอดภัยของเว็บไซต์ ระบบ และฐานข้อมูล
• ส่งข่าวสาร โปรโมชั่น และข้อเสนอพิเศษ เมื่อท่านเลือกให้ความยินยอม
• สร้างกลุ่มเป้าหมายและแสดงโฆษณาที่เกี่ยวข้องผ่าน Google, Meta หรือพันธมิตรด้านการโฆษณา เมื่อท่านเลือกให้ความยินยอม
• ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย คำสั่งของหน่วยงานรัฐ หรือใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย

4. ฐานในการประมวลผลข้อมูล

HDB ประมวลผลข้อมูลโดยอาศัยฐานที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละวัตถุประสงค์ ได้แก่:

• การดำเนินการตามคำขอของท่านเพื่อออกและจัดการ HDB Privilege Pass
• ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายในการวิเคราะห์บริการ ป้องกันการทุจริต และรักษาความปลอดภัย
• การปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย
• ความยินยอมสำหรับการรับข่าวสารและการใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อโฆษณาแบบเฉพาะกลุ่ม

ท่านสามารถรับ HDB Privilege Pass ได้แม้ไม่ได้ยินยอมรับข่าวสารหรือโฆษณา
โดยช่องความยินยอมด้านการตลาดเป็นทางเลือกและไม่ถูกเลือกไว้ล่วงหน้า

5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้โรงแรมและผู้ให้บริการ

HDB อาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นให้แก่:

• โรงแรมที่ท่านเลือก เพื่อให้โรงแรมตรวจสอบและมอบสิทธิพิเศษ
• ผู้ให้บริการเว็บไซต์ โฮสติ้ง ฐานข้อมูล และระบบส่งอีเมล
• ผู้ให้บริการวิเคราะห์เว็บไซต์และวัดผลโฆษณา
• Google, Meta และพันธมิตรด้านการโฆษณา เฉพาะเมื่อมีฐานทางกฎหมายหรือได้รับความยินยอมที่จำเป็น
• ที่ปรึกษา ผู้ตรวจสอบ หน่วยงานราชการ หรือผู้มีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย เมื่อมีความจำเป็น

HDB จะไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลภายนอก

6. การส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ

ผู้ให้บริการเทคโนโลยี การวิเคราะห์ หรือการโฆษณาบางรายอาจจัดเก็บหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลในต่างประเทศ
HDB จะเลือกใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม
และดำเนินการตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

7. ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

HDB จะเก็บข้อมูลไว้เท่าที่จำเป็นสำหรับการออกสิทธิ ตรวจสอบการจอง
ติดตามผลการตลาด ป้องกันการใช้สิทธิผิดเงื่อนไข และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย

ข้อมูลสำหรับการตลาดจะถูกเก็บจนกว่าท่านจะถอนความยินยอม
หรือเมื่อข้อมูลดังกล่าวไม่มีความจำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่แจ้งไว้แล้ว
หลังพ้นระยะเวลาที่จำเป็น HDB จะลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ตามความเหมาะสม

8. คุกกี้และเทคโนโลยีติดตามผล

เว็บไซต์อาจใช้คุกกี้ Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel
หรือเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายกัน เพื่อวิเคราะห์การใช้งาน วัดผลแคมเปญ
และแสดงข้อเสนอที่เกี่ยวข้องตามการตั้งค่าความยินยอมของท่าน

ท่านสามารถยอมรับ ปฏิเสธ หรือเปลี่ยนการตั้งค่าคุกกี้ที่ไม่จำเป็นได้ผ่านเครื่องมือจัดการคุกกี้ของเว็บไซต์

9. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ภายใต้เงื่อนไขของกฎหมาย ท่านอาจมีสิทธิ:

การถอนความยินยอมด้านการตลาดจะไม่กระทบสิทธิที่ท่านได้รับจากการลงทะเบียน HDB Privilege Pass
เว้นแต่ข้อมูลดังกล่าวจำเป็นต่อการตรวจสอบหรือมอบสิทธินั้น

10. การรักษาความปลอดภัย

HDB ใช้มาตรการด้านการบริหารจัดการและเทคนิคตามความเหมาะสม
เพื่อป้องกันข้อมูลจากการสูญหาย การเข้าถึง การแก้ไข การเปิดเผย
หรือการใช้งานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

11. การแก้ไขประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว

HDB อาจปรับปรุงประกาศฉบับนี้เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับบริการ เทคโนโลยี
หรือข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายที่เปลี่ยนแปลง โดยจะแสดงเวอร์ชันและวันที่มีผลล่าสุดบนหน้านี้

• Selected hotel, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests
• Traveller type and selected privileges
• HDB Privilege Pass number and redemption status
• Hotel booking reference when provided by you or the hotel
• Enquiries, communications, and post-stay feedback
• Website activity, offer views, and clicks to hotel booking channels
• Technical information, including IP address, device, browser, language, and approximate country
• Marketing attribution information, including UTM parameters, GCLID, FBCLID, and campaign name
• Records of consent and withdrawal of consent

HDB does not request payment-card numbers or card security codes through the HDB Privilege Pass form.
Hotel reservations and payments are completed through the hotel’s official booking channel
or its authorised booking-system provider.

3. How We Use Personal Data

• To verify eligibility based on guest name, hotel, and stay dates
• To provide participating hotels with information required to prepare the privilege

• To analyse customer preferences and improve HDB and hotel offers
• To prevent duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorised use of privileges
• To maintain the security of our website, systems, and databases
• To send marketing communications when you have consented
• To create advertising audiences and show relevant offers through Google, Meta, or advertising partners when you have consented
• To comply with legal obligations and lawful requests

4. Legal Bases

Depending on the purpose, HDB may process data based on:

• Taking steps at your request and providing the HDB Privilege Pass service
• HDB’s legitimate interests in service analysis, fraud prevention, and security
• Compliance with legal obligations
• Your consent for marketing communications and personalised advertising audiences

Marketing and advertising consent is optional and is not selected in advance.
You may receive an HDB Privilege Pass without agreeing to marketing or advertising.

• The hotel you selected, so that it can verify and provide the privilege
• Website, hosting, database, and email service providers
• Website analytics and advertising measurement providers
• Google, Meta, and advertising partners where an appropriate legal basis or consent applies

HDB does not sell your personal data.

6. International Data Transfers

Some technology, analytics, and advertising providers may process data outside Thailand.
HDB will use providers with appropriate safeguards and will manage transfers in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data Retention

HDB retains personal data only for as long as necessary to issue and verify privileges,
measure marketing performance, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Marketing information will be retained until consent is withdrawn
or the information is no longer required for the stated purpose.
When data is no longer needed, HDB will delete, destroy, or anonymise it as appropriate.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The website may use cookies, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel,
and similar technologies to analyse website activity, measure campaigns,
and present relevant offers in accordance with your consent settings.
